For our staple dark roast we chose Peaberries grown in altititude in Tanzania that can hold up to the head of a dark roast and keep a rich caramalized flavor.
Dark Not Burnt
Roasted to a deep dark color but not to the point that they taste like ashes. With deep caramelization and rich notes.
Cold or Hot
We love this complex peaberry both over ice and as a hot french press or drip coffee, and we think you will love it both ways as well at home!
