Sweet, complex, layered lemon acidity with tart cherry and custard. Slight hint of milk chocolate. This is one of our lightest offerings, and we recommend 2-3 weeks rest before enjoying. 

Our roast days are Wednesday and Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm Thursday will roast and ship the following week.

Our approach to roasting is highlighting each beans natural flavors and letting the regions and farming techniques shine by keeping our roasts in the medium to light range. By keeping to this roasting style we bring out the coffee's natural flavors and nuances.
